Exercise help!

I've hit a wall with my exercise routine. Now that summer is here--it's hard to keep my momentum going. Does anyone have a favorite DVD or routine you do indoors?? Something I can do while the kids are down for a nap? I'm not a good "go to the gym" kind of gal. Actually, I prefer to exercise alone.....it's my only time to "think" during the day!!

Any suggestions?

Hey laura!
I like to turn up the music and dance around. Other than that, walking which is about a mile in an hour with the kids.
Have you tried Elmosizing? That is pretty fun too.
Also, if you have comcast on demand they have some excercise videos on demand.

I haven't tried Elmosizing, but Will would love that! It's just so hard to do anything consistently. Even the dieting, it's one good day, one not so good, and one UGH....do I really have to count that one or just start over for the week!! I still have so much to do to change my perspective. I've got to change the way I feel, respond, think, act...everything. I'm hoping a more active lifestyle will help me balance out the UGH days!! Considering the pint of ice cream I just ate....I need to wake up and put on my walking shoes!!

I love to play racquet games, but can't seem to find anybody to do them with me.

So, for now it's the gym. I try to rotate out of boredom. I did aerobics for a long time, then the treadmill. Just tried a new class Saturday called Zoomba. Learned how to belly dance.....sort of.....
