My first week on Weight Watchers has been a rousing sucess for me. I lost 4.8 lbs. I'm really into journaling every bite and honestly counting my points. I also am trying to get all my water in and to exercise. I bought the Weight Watchers Walking Kit. It has a DVD with a ten minute, 20 minute and 30 minute walk plus a 10 minute Power walk. I did the 10 minute walk last night and it's a good work out. I really liked it and I told myself that if I do that 10 minute walk, 3 times a day, I will get my 30 minutes of exercise every day.
