I think I will skip weighing this week and weigh next Monday. I was away at a scrap retreat all weekend, sat at a table the entire time and ate more food than my points would allow.
Soooo, I am afraid of the results. Back to swimming tomorrow morning.

That's the way to do it. Get right back on the band wagon. Forget about all the food and move right along.
