I have challenged myself to do Wii Fit everyday in September for at least 30 minutes a day. So far so good!
Sept 1- 45 minutes
Sept 2- 45 minutes
Sept 3 - 30 minutes
I want to do it every day. :)

Hi Karen, So how did this turn out?
I'm still in kickboxing and it's got me 10lbs down. I won't mention the 2 I put back on last week. I'm trying to stay positive you know....LOL!
